By using Borrowed+ you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Borrowed+ is a tool to record items you lend or rent and to create electronically signed agreements between you and another person. We are not a party to any loan, rental, or sale, and we do not process, hold, or transmit payments. Any money (rent or deposit) is handled directly between the users; the app only records the confirmations users mark.
Our agreement templates are provided in good faith as a record of the parties' intentions. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a solicitor. Electronic signatures are generally valid, but the weight of any record depends on the circumstances.
You are responsible for your account and the content you add (items, photos, listings, messages). You must have the right to lend or rent what you list, and your content must be lawful and accurate.
Do not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content, and do not misuse the service. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can report or block other users in the app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we aim to act on reports promptly.
Optional in-app purchases (e.g. unlimited listings) are sold through Apple and governed by Apple's terms in addition to ours. One-time purchases are not subscriptions.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes between users, for lost or damaged items, or for unpaid rent or deposits.
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
