Common questions

How do I get my deposit / item back on record?

Open the loan in Activity and tap “Mark deposit returned” (or “rent received”). Borrowed+ records the confirmation — payments themselves happen directly between you.

The other person can't open the signing link

The link works in any mobile browser and is valid for 7 days. If it expired, open the loan and send a fresh link.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account. We remove your personal data and listings; signed agreements are kept as anonymized legal records.

What does “unlimited listings” cost?

A one-time in-app purchase — no subscription. Free accounts can list up to 10 items.

Account, billing & refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. For refunds, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” (reportaproblem.apple.com). For anything else, email support.
